Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
