What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture items?
Most of our curated furniture pieces are shipped within 5-7 business days. Larger freight items may take 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on your location and the specific delivery service selected at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Eye on Design ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to include international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most decor items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal.
Are the materials used in your products sustainable?
